A fine list of reviews and endorsements. Hopefully this is a stepping stone to more thoughtful and personal discoveries that can be shared with a curious public by a gifted author.
Will this book serve religion by contributing to reform in various Christian churches that identify with the author’s views, but see a less drastic remedy than throwing the baby Jesus out with the church bathwater?
That which does not kill me makes me stronger.

I can’t wait to read it either. But “by William Lobdell?” William? Who calls you that?? You’ll always be Bill or The Kahuna to me; or maybe the Iron Kahuna.
p.s. Christopher Hitchens? Is he ever happy about anything? I would think it sucks to be him…. seriously, has he ever written a happy word? Do you think he actually likes ANYONE?
